Ingredients
  1. 3 pounds salmon
  2. 1/4 cup butter
  3. 1 cup chopped cilantro ½ green bell pepper chopped
  4. ½ yellow , orange or red bell pepper chopped
  5. Dash of Salt
  6. Dash Pepper
  7. Dash Granulated garlic
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. 2. Lightly grease one side of a large sheet of aluminum foil. Place salmon on the greased side of foil. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat, and mix in cilantro and assorted peppers. When cilantro is wilted, drizzle butter mixture over the salmon.
  3. 3. Place foil with salmon on the grill. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Cook 15 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
