Wedding Catering and Full Service Event Coordinating
Elite Cuisine serves Wedding catering and event Coordinator; we are a full service company and provide setup and takedown services, no need to spend additional fees for a separate event coordinator. As you prepare for your special day, your focus should be on remembering every moment. Elite Cuisine provides you with peace of mind and our first order of business is the interview with Chef Carmen to find out exactly what your vision is for your wedding day.
This interview can be with just the bride, groom or the parents of the bride and groom. We include all the people that you would like to help design the wedding. Also, Chef Carmen will come to you for this interview in the event that you may want to meet at your venue or if you have items you would like to share that need to be incorporated in the wedding day. All menus are custom so we will design a specific menu that fits the needs of your wedding day.
During the interview details that will be discussed are: venue, the date, time, the ceremony location if it is different than the reception, number of people in your wedding party, number of guests and the budget. These are the basics, additionally we would like to find out the theme, colors, your favorite foods, and do you have any guests that have any special needs such as food allergies. For children under ten, we offer special pricing for their meal.
Our wedding catering menu will include: cocktail hour, meal and cake service.
After the interview, a sample menu will be compiled based on your budget, this menu is for the bride and groom to review and modify as needed to provide exactly what they have envisioned. We also offer a tasting of the menu so the Bride and Groom have a chance to experience their menu prior to the wedding day.
Depending on the time between the interview and the wedding, Chef Carmen and the Bride and Groom will be in contact several times. At one month before the wedding, the menu is confirmed; the number of guests invited is revisited; any special needs are reviewed, the time of the scheduled events is firmed up. If a cake delivery needs to be scheduled we are there to receive it and direct how and where it should be set up.
Elite Cuisine will monitor the wedding ceremony to keep abreast of the wedding ceremony conclusion. The cocktail hour will be presented to the guests as they arrive from the ceremony; the menu is served at the peak of perfection. The team includes bartenders, servers and myself on site during your event. At the perfect time, the staff will escort the guests into the reception area and prepare the guests for the next phase of the wedding reception.
My team will work with the DJ or Band Leader, Photographer and master of ceremonies to coordinate the entrance of the bride and groom and wedding party. All elements of the wedding are coordinated with each of the other professionals to be carried out seamlessly. The Bride and Groom’s first dance, the Bride and father dance, the Groom and Mother dance and any other special memories the new couple would like to memorialize for their special day.
Dinner, either the buffet or plated meal will be fulfilled with the highest quality of professionalism. Plated dinners are delivered to the guests with trained servers with attention to detail and the highest level of customer service. We also offer a full service buffet; servers will provide the guests with each item on the buffet and ensure they get the service they deserve. Carving stations, cigar bars, candy bars, ice cream stations and multiple alcohol stations are all available just to name a few of the special services we offer.
Once the ceremonial cake cutting is completed the Elite Cuisine Team will cut and serve the cake to the guests. The cake topper for the one year anniversary will be preserved for the Bride and Groom. The guests are then assembled to offer best wishes and happiness to the new bride and Groom as they depart for the beginning of their life.
Elite Cuisine will complete the process of taking down all the items from the reception and clean the area prior to departing.
